BRONZE Setup & Go Package

Free up yours and your family & friends time by delegating your wedding set up to us!

Includes;

  • Initial consultation 

  • Face to face meeting at the venue 2-4 weeks prior to confirm arrangements

  • As many emails phone calls etc as needed to confirm details & answer questions

  • Supplier direct contact from 2 weeks prior 

  • First on site to meet and coordinate all other suppliers

  • Full set up*

*chair dressing carries an extra charge for an extra member of staff on the day, if chair dressing is booked through us the charge is already included. Any additional items hired through us include their own set up time and an additional member of staff will be available for these instances.

SILVER Set Up & Day Coordination

About a month before we're all about you. We take over the contact for all suppliers and your venue and make sure everything is just as you want it. We get your day set up and then we'll be there in the background looking after all of your needs and those of your guests right up until the set up for your evening reception is complete.

Including;

  • Initial consultation & inspiration session where we really get to know you and your wedding

  • Face to face meeting at the venue 4-6 weeks prior to confirm arrangements

  • As many emails, phone calls etc as needed to confirm details & answer any questions

  • Supplier direct contact from 4 weeks prior right up to the day so you can focus on you! 

  • Venue coordinator face to face meeting 2-4 weeks prior and continued correspondence with the venue right up to the day

  • First on site to meet and coordinate all other suppliers

  • Full set up*

  • Full day coordination of your day. looking after both you and your guests, including room turn around if required, until evening set up is complete

Up to 80 guests - £650

Over 80 guests - £830

GOLD Set Up plus Full Day & Evening Coordination

Everything included within the Silver package but we'll stay for the evening too! 

We'll organise your First dance, father daughter dance, cake cutting, sparklers, fireworks and so much more! Making sure everyone is where they need to be and having fun. Whatever you need we've got you covered. We'll also help make sure your guests get home safely and of course you too! 

Up to 80 guests - £850

Over 80 guests - £1030
